This wine is a sparkling wine, is 100% Chardonnay.
This inedited wine is produced only with Chardonnay’s grapes from our Company with the method of “Martinotti”: in the traditional method the fermentation takes place in the bottle, but in this new method part of the wine produced in our vineyards is fermented in large steel container. You can feel olfactory notes of white fruit, tropical fruit and white flowers. It is a fruity, soft and delicate wine, with slightly acidic notes at the beginnings while you taste it. It is perfect for aperitif, you can combine it with fish and white meat, grilled vegetables, pasta, fresh cream cheeses and matured cheeses.
